How does shipping work?

We’ll take care of the details for you! All you need to do is share your company’s Wavy dashboard link with participants and ensure they RSVP. In the RSVP process, they will be asked to submit their shipping address and any dietary restrictions (if applicable). This will help remove any back and forth you need to have with your team!

Once that’s done, we’ll pass the info on to our suppliers, who will package up and ship out the kits! Generally, we recommend a lead time of at least three weeks, but the more time the better, just in case of unexpected delays!

When the time comes, if one of your participants hasn’t received their kit yet, talk to your Experience Coordinator for next steps to make sure that everyone has a great Wavy experience!
