Wavy Events with VPN

Wavy recommends you disconnect your VPN prior to joining events. VPNs are great in providing increased security over unencrypted connections and applications, however they can also decrease connection speeds and application performance. To ensure you are able to enjoy your event to its fullest, please disconnect you VPN using one of the following ways listed below:

How to Turn off your VPN Apple Computer 1. Go to System Preferences > Network 2. Select your VPN connection from the left panel 3. Click Disconnect

Windows Computer 1. Go to Settings > Network & Internet 2. Select VPN in the left-side menu 3. Select the VPN connection you want to disable 4. Click Disconnect

What if I need to have the VPN on at all times? Ask you IT Administrator to whitelist the following the domains to ensure your VPN does not block the browser based applications to participate during the event: Whitelist the following domains if you are booked for a Weve event: - .twilio.com - .giphy.com - .twitch.tv - .gstatic.com - .youtube.com - .cloudflare.com - .ytimg.com - .weve.co - .firebaseio.com - .googleapis.com - .purechat.com - .purechatcdn.com - .lr-ingest.io - .hubspot.com - .hubapi.com
